Classical Pilates

If you want to get fitter, then Pilates meets you at your starting place, and builds from there. Working 1-1 with an instructor gives the best results, reducing the risk of “poor techniques” forming and helping you quickly improve posture and create body awareness. 

Pilates is well documented for its benefits of toning and lengthening muscles, building core strength, improving chronic conditions and supporting rehabilitation. 

Joseph Pilates once pledged, “in 10 sessions, you’ll feel the difference.  In 20 sessions, you’ll see the difference.  And in 30 you’ll have a whole new body.

Classical Pilates builds strength, stamina and flexibility. Romana Kryzanowska learned directly from Joseph Pilates and his wife Clara, in New York City. Having learned this training from Romana, Jaya now offers this to Chester. 

Why Classical? Classical Pilates is the authentic Pilates that has not been adapted from how Joseph Pilates created it. Using individual sessions, instruction is given on the mat and on purpose built equipment.
