About Jaya & Lifeworx Journey

A Place to Learn, Grow, and Live With Meaning.

Lifeworx Journey exists to support people in feeling healthier, more balanced, and more connected to themselves. Everything here is shaped around the belief that wellbeing is personal, and that real change happens when we listen to the body as well as the mind.

At the heart of Lifeworx is a simple belief that yoga is for everyone. Community, connection, and an active life with meaning are central values, supporting people to move toward greater balance, wellbeing, and peace of mind.

Jaya’s Path and Experience

Jaya believes that when you learn the balance of ease and effort in your body, it naturally carries into everyday life. Her path into this work grew from years of nursing, where she saw how closely physical health, emotional wellbeing, and life experience are connected.

Jaya trained in New York in Classical Pilates with Romana Kryzanowska, who learned directly from Joseph Pilates, and with Bob Liekens. She later discovered Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy and trained directly with its founder, Michael Lee.

Recognising the value of working with people both individually and in groups, she went on to complete Group Facilitation training and Integral Hatha Yoga training in the Swami Satchidananda lineage.

Over the years, Jaya has worked with people experiencing a wide range of health conditions and life challenges. Her approach blends these teachings into personalised support, beginning with an individual assessment shaped around each person’s needs.

Always Tailored to You

Jaya works one to one and in small groups, creating a calm and supportive environment where people feel safe to slow down and explore what they need.

Her role is not to tell you what to do, but to guide you in listening to your own body and inner wisdom. Sessions are paced gently, with care and respect for each individual’s experience.

AWARENESS. MINDFULNESS. FOCUS.
