Yoga and Meditation Retreat

Feeling the need to get away and have a break?   Somewhere to unwind, relax and listen in to your body more?

Come and join us for a Weekend Retreat in the fall, including yoga, meditation and mindful movement, guiding you to tap into your own body and wisdom.  All levels are welcome.

Set in the beautiful hills of Snowdonia, North Wales, just under an hour from Chester, enjoy the peace, tranquility and beauty of the facilities and landscape.   Twin room accommodation, homely feel, wood burning stove in the Yoga room, and start to quieten the mind, with the background stream as it runs past.

Delicious, mindfully prepared Vegetarian food (all dietary requirements accommodated) on the premises, fresh to your plate.  This is an opportunity for movement, learning, quiet time, reading, and amazing walks on your doorstep.   All is optional. 

Jaya has been organizing retreats for 9 years now, and brings a unique blend of little “tasters”, allowing you to unwind, relax and feel more invigorated.  Annie brings decades of experience working with food and yoga. They are a great team.
