JayaButler is a registered nurse and yoga therapist. She blends yoga, Pilates, nutrition and coaching to help you use your body to learn, grow and live with meaning.

Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy
This group class is based on Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy. Each week explore and build some basic Yoga positions, combining concentration and relaxation.

Classical Pilates
If you want to get fitter, then Pilates meets you at your starting place, and builds from there. Working 1-1 with Jaya will give you the best results.

Meditation
As we learn to be quieter, we can listen in to our own inner wisdom. If life is too busy, you’re feeling overwhelmed and not sure what to do? Try meditation.

Space to relax
